Blah, Blah, Blah

Kelly talks shopping with Simon, walking in Fashion Weekend, and diffusing Bethenny's attacks!

Jealousy is a color that I refuse to wear, it looks ugly on everyone. This week is filled with blah, blah, blah. I feel like there is such a underpinning of meanness this season that is so not fun. I am lucky that I stay out of it, because I really don't like being mean. Being mean makes you mean, not successful. I wish is for everyone to enjoy the life they have. Create your own memories.

Alex wanted me to support her for her Brooklyn Fashion Week. I am not a runway size model, and I don't want to be. I have shoulders and a body, I don't look good in everything, and I really am very shy. For Ramona, modeling was a big deal, everything is a big deal. I went out of my comfort zone for Alex and walked. She asked me, and I showed up. That is who I am. If you need something, I will do it. Will I gossip about it? Nope. Will I be there for you? Yup. It didn't matter if I liked it or not, Alex was happy.

PR 101: Bethenny feels that all press is good press. She attacked me on camera and called the newspapers with items to hurt me and my family in the press. She literally tried to destroy my life. When I see her, I will give her any compliment to diffuse her. Try it. It's not fake, it just gets the situation moving in a new direction called forward.

Shopping with Simon was hilarious. He loves shopping. And I really want to help him clean up his image. He needed a shave, a run, a haircut, and then the clothes. I always tell every man who asks me about style: go for a run, take a shower, and then we'll talk. The same rule applies for women, feel good about you first, then we'll decorate you.

I felt horrible for Jill Zarin at her Kodak party. I was so proud to be invited to such a prestigious event. Ramona is so jealous of everyone. It makes me sad when I film with her, because there is a pain that wine cannot mask. It was also fun meeting Sonja Morgan. I was shocked that she called Max her 'Thursday.' I never went out with Max and we are great friends, but still, and I would never want anyone calling me their 'Thursday.' No one deserves that. He has a new show coming out. GO MAX! I felt badly for him and was embarrassed for her. Sonja is a colorful addition to the show. Keep it real, and take a breath when someone goes kookie. Diffuse, diffuse, diffuse. Remember, you create your own memories. Tweet me on @kikilet and check out my website to see what I am really up to!

Ramona: I Am Truly Blessed

Ramona talks about the importance of her birthday luncheon and how she felt hearing about Bethenny's childhood.

It was great to go on a trip to Atlantic City with all the girls to celebrate my birthday. What was more important to me was to celebrate over a lunch with my 30 girlfriends of 20 years. My girlfriends who came to the luncheon have been so supportive of me over the past two years in this difficult time. They never made a judgment call and always advised me to do what makes me happy, and they would support me in any decision I made about my marriage. I am truly blessed by each and every one of them.

I shared with Dorinda that I went from keeping the company of men to dating men. Leave it to Dorinda to ask if anyone gave me butterflies!
I have really intensified my workout and actually use 30-pound kettlebells for my core (I started with only 10 pounds). Kerry, my trainer, has helped me change my body, and I can't believe how strong I have become.

Listening to Bethenny talk about her childhood brought up so many memories of mine. We both had fathers who were abusive to our mothers. This does affect your relationships with men and makes you very strong and independent in your adult life. You will learn more about this from me in my book Life on the Ramonacoaster.
