Cindy lets us she's proud of the honesty in this episode.

I have to say our road trip to Canyon Ranch was a much needed bonding experience for us "brunettes" -- a place to relax from getting beaten up by my new "friends." So in order to help with the relaxation, I ordered personalized Frette robes, which were great. Jill had an extreme bonding session with her robe. ;)

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Peacock and catch up on the Bravo app

I was excited to get to know these dynamic women better and was so glad I didn't invite the others. At the end of the day, I did it just to not ruffle any feathers -- we all know how these birds can get about their "pecking" order.

Besides getting lost on our way up to the ranch, we hit a "speed bump" when Kelly opened up to us about a past abusive relationship. I was left speechless because I have never been in a situation like this, nor had I known anyone who had. I couldn't even imagine how hard that was for Kelly to go through, especially to finally open up and tell us what had happened. As we all know, this is a reality show, and for Kelly to discuss something so intimate in order for other people to learn to stand up for themselves is a difficult thing to do. I commend her for that.

On the same note how amazing was Jill's Anti-Bullying event? The courage of her young stepdaughter to speak about her experience was unbelievable and absolutely inspiring. I want to personally thank Jill and her stepdaughter for going on national TV to fight for a very personal reason.

People speaking out for a cause gives others the confidence to also stand up for themselves -- I have witnessed it firsthand. I was with a friend of mine when I watched this episode. She too was a victim of bullying, which I had no idea about before this. She has a terrible injury from years ago when she was in a horrible motorcycle accident that she is self-conscious about. She has huge deep scars all over her right leg. While we were watching the show, she revealed to me how traumatized she had been from people ridiculing her scars and that now she only wears pants and would never hit the beach. Until now I never knew why. She never had the courage to bare her scars -- until seeing this episode. Now she said she will be fine going to the beach with me this summer. "Wow" is all I can say.

I cannot even imagine how this episode may have helped so many others. Seeing and hearing of things like this really makes me so proud to be a part of this show.
