Heather is smart, ambitious, and talented, although she got a little heavy in this episode. It’s not that I didn’t care that her father just died, but the place to share that is not during cocktails when the conversation is supposed to be light. I certainly didn’t want to think about how much I miss my father when I’m out socializing and trying to have a good time. As for Carole, she is intelligent, charming, and very accomplished. I’m enjoying getting to know her better.
I’m OK that Ramona didn’t invite me to her dinner party; I was busy with Victoria’s art show in any case. Ramona doesn’t censor what she says and her calling out Sonja for saying husband versus ex-husband was insensitive, especially when Sonja explained how she didn’t think she’d ever get divorced in the first place. Awkward!
Victoria has loved drawing since she was young girl and her portfolio is amazing. I know I’m biased, but Victoria is showing incredible promise as an artist. Her work is fresh and invokes emotion in the viewer. The show was a great success with Victoria selling much of her work. I’m very proud of her.
