Sonja- just to clarify, Ramona said the weekend comment AGAIN in the park conversation with Luann!! It isn't an old comment if she keeps repeating it! I love your attitude of life. I feel a connection with your experiences in life as I am sure many single women do. You are an inspiration as you stated taking each day with stride. In life there are good choices and bad choices, but how as a human are we to evolve and grow from not learning from our experiences. That is how we progress in life in moving on and sponging the knowledge that we gather from our everyday. As I watch you on the show I enjoy how you express "lets all get along", and not take life so serious as we have a short time in this world. I hope Bravo posts this, because they NEVER do. Sonja, I couldn't believe the way you were so cheaply and obviously flirtintg with that contractor. Actually, you were not flirting. You were basically throwing yourself at him, even though there were other people in the room. And the way you embarassed that poor intern! (I'll bet you call her an intern because you pay her squat.) Hasn't it ever occurred to you that one day your daughter will see all this behavior? And why, oh why, did you ignore that gorgeous available guy at Ramona's house at the Hamptons and were so obviously flirting with the equally gorgeous contractor? If I were to ever visit New York, ( sadly I am a nurse with roots, literally roots, in a hospital), I would want to hang with Sonja, Ramona, and Carole. Sorry to pick and judge, but as much as I want to rise above the petty, I'm drawn in by the drama. So much fun to vicariously hopscotch though the episodes! Sonja's parties, Ramona's one liners, Carole's boyfriend, ( oh my heaven, haven't swooned in years), what would we do without 'the wives'? Best thing about LuAnn is her kids and Jacques. I was belly laughing for the first time in weeks! I had no idea he was so funny!

I agree with LV Viewer. It was a threat, and she did insult Luanne when she called her a "weekend mother." For some reason, you are so desperate for Ramona's approval, you condone everything she does.

I also wholeheartedly agree that you made a complete fool of yourself with that contractor. It was inappropriate and totally childish. You really seem to be starving for male attention.. but you are certainly not doing it the right way.

LuAnn just asked for an apology, it's not a rational response to threaten exposure over something to do with her children. (that is not any of Ramona's business anyway) It's wrong on every level, and yes it was a threat. What else would you call it? Just because Ramona is your friend doesn't mean you can't see how wrong she is in this case.

Calling someone a bad mother just states her children are bad and haven't turned out well, that is crossing a line that Ramona feels she entitled to cross.

Please don't turn into Ramona's defender at all costs, you seem smarter than that...

When the plumber/contractor men came to your home you looked and acted more like a "desperate housewife" than a New York housewife. I was embarrassed for those men to have to stand there and listen to your details and story telling. Sounds so junior highish for a woman your age. Those poor men!

As each episode rolls around & I can't wait to watch what my favorite New York girl is up to, & then read you take on the episode in your blog! You are the best! I am not saying I am like you, but I seriously relate to you. I totally get your sense of humor, & get a good tummy giggle every time you are interacting with someone! I am easy going, I assume from the show, like you. I don't ever try to needlessly impress others with status & materialistic things. I like Sonja & Ramona. I miss Alex. I was disappointed to see them drop Alex and leave on Luanne who was one of the main instigators(and Jill) of last season. While I even like Luanne & Jill, I don't like how they ganged up on Alex. I do wish all the originals were on, but with a new frame of mind & not inclined to mob attack one person. This new cast is hard to find interest in.
