Season 4
Season 3
Season 2
Season 1
I didn't have the heart to tell Ramona that the bank accounts, the trademarks, the LLCs, checkbooks were already set up a long time ago. I have been setting up businesses since my early 20s.
The last company I set up I produced my first movie, The Marsh. It was a $7 million budget with Forrest Whitaker and Gabrielle Anwar, and we won two awards. I was then sued by one of my other co-producers on a movie I was trying to help raise money for.
So now I am going back to party planning, which I have done before. I have a powerful partner (he is partners with Donald Trump) who has several facilities, to be sure I can handle any size party from 10 to 2000 people. I have thrown parties of this size for many years. That and my luxury brand experience should go hand in hand. I love to entertain, and I'm a natural caregiver so I will be sure every client is happy!
At the same time I have been developing my toaster oven recipes for over 20 years and since the show I have been demonstrating. Catch me July 3, at Macys, Herald Square.
Sonja, saw a snippet of you and Lu last night eating and hangin' out and have to say I just love you two together. Y'all should hang out more... pooh on Ramona, you're a grown lady, you can do what you want to.
Sonja!
Love you! Love how you are a great friend to Ramona and still have a great relationship with Luann. Classy lady!
Sonja, you are a class act and I love that you are not afraid to be yourself regardless of what echelon you are part of. I have to share something that I see in hopes to offer you encouragement. You were married to someone of means and had a very nice life during that time. I am assuming this in the sense of what your lifestyle was like. Now you are a single mother in different territory getting your business's off the ground. When I watch you, you seem very foreign to what is coming up ahead as you navigate through this new journey of yours. Please keep your confidence high and your strength. You are a brilliant and beautiful woman. You do not need a man of means or wealth to soar on your own. Maybe you don't want to soar on your own and thrive as a partner to someone lucky enough to have you. They would be blessed to have you as a wife and partner. You are such a loving friend and peacemaker to those around you. I can only imagine how much love your daughter feels as a result of having such a joy for a Mom. Part of me thinks that you are not as driven as you want to be, as you embark on this path to pursue your own wealth and success as a business woman. Please don't ever define yourself based on what you think a man can give you or what you feel you may be entitled to. You are entitled to a good life, and I believe when you least expect it, the white horse will show up. In the meantime, use these new projects to grow and come into your own. Men with wealth will respect you more for it. Love from Florida.
I hope your Macy's event goes well. I'd love to see you at the location in San Francisco! Please come say hello to all your West Coast friends and let us taste your delicious toaster oven creations.

SONJA-
You're still as entertaining as ever, not to mention insightful! You ought to give lessons... hold a little "how to class" for all the new housewives! What a great attitude you have!
