Aviva has no identity of her own. She wants people to think of her whatever she thinks of herself in this moment. Today she's a writer, tomorrow she's a lawyer, next week she's a circus clown! It never ends with her. I think the real offense here, in Aviva's whacky mind, is that Carole DARED ask her on camera about the ghostwriter....the very ghostwriter Aviva ASKED CAROLE TO FIND FOR HER!! Bottom line, I think mentioning this on camera offended Aviva because the notion that she did not write her own book may cause sales to dwindle and take money out of her pocket. Therefore, Carole has to be the bad guy who "dared" to point out that Aviva asked her to find a ghostwriter and had the audacity to say the truth out loud! Aviva, in turn, had to deny it and try to slander Carole in retaliation.
