Here’s Exactly What Dorinda Medley Cooks Once on the Weekend to Eat All Week: “It’s Delicious”

The Real Housewives of New York City pal is back on track and showing how it's done.

We already knew Dorinda Medley wanted to get back to a healthy eating routine after The Real Housewives of New York City's epic Dubai trip, involving over-the-top adventure — and eating and drinking indulgences, too. When she arrived back home in New York, she ordered a standard-looking, casual salad and nibbled it right out of the takeaway container, captioning her social media post: "Back home. Salads only. I left my waist in Dubai." 

She's still sticking to that plan, and showing off more about how she's executing on her healthy-eating intention as part of a real-life busy schedule.

Sharing to her Instagram Stories, she showed a clip of herself stirring a simmering pot on the stove top.

Over the video, Dorinda narrates, "It’s what I eat for the week. I make it on the weekend. Fresh zucchini, tomato sauce, tomatoes, onions, and garlic — I have it with a little thing of cottage cheese all week, Low fat. It’s delicious."

The appropriate caption over the scene? "Healthy diet food."
