Having joined the cast during Season 5, Alexis Bellino is a blonde, stay-at-home Christian mom who unabashedly lives life on her own terms. Originally from the small town of Hannibal, Missouri, Alexis now lives in a private Dana Point community with her husband, Jim Bellino. Alexis and Jim have three young children -- 6-year-old James and 4-year-old twins, Melania and Mackenna.

Alexis is finally enjoying more freedom and independence with her new career as a special correspondent for a local morning news show. On top of that, Alexis is also still trying to successfully run her dress line business. She's quickly learning that it's not easy to manage it all -- husband, kids, house, church, home-life, and a budding career.

Still best friends with Gretchen, Alexis is wary of the new bond between Gretchen and Tamra. Though she says her concern stems from fear that Tamra will turn on Gretchen, Alexis still harbors bad feelings towards Tamra for accusing Jim of being controlling. When Tamra and Alexis get together, things go from bad to worse as Tamra accuses Alexis of being a phony. Alexis is also put-off by Tamra’s new friend, Heather. Alexis immediately feels judged by Heather, and when the women get into a heated argument, it leaves Alexis questioning where she stands with the ladies, even Gretchen.
