I wish you all could have been at Bravo's A-List Awards! It was so fun, and be sure and text a vote for me during the fashion show, normally I wouldn’t dare ask such a thing, my Midwest upbringing and all, but a win for me gives 10,000 dollars to Komen OC. Komen OC is a charity that funds people and research for women’s breast cancer!
The girls from Atlanta are so fun, I loved them. I spent some time with Kim, she had this amazing bodyguard that was as big as a sumo wrestler! I want one, how fun to have a big guy follow you around and carry your bags. I am kidding! She is funny and quick-witted and always seemed to have a cigarette in her hand. NeNe is NeNe - always the life of the party. Her husband and son Brett are really sweet. We all stayed at The Standard. The beds are very low to the ground, which took some getting used to, and no bathtub in my room, not that I needed a romantic bath. My friend Shannon Kaskaviks came in from Nashville to keep me company. The rooftop bar and nightclub were so fun - I loved dancing up there under the stars. Chef Chaz, Rebecca Voss, Tanya Brown, and Ben Medina joined me for a fun weekend. It is so fun to watch my friends be star struck! Everyone loves Kathy Griffin, Patti Stanger and her adorable boyfriend. Hey Patti, when you trade him in there is room in the OC! Ryan Scott from Top Chef was at the A-List after party and we had such a great time. I can’t wait for him to come down to the OC and cook for me! He is an amazing dancer, and the sweetest guy...some lucky girl in the bay area has found a terrific guy!
Jeana, As you have read many of us are going to miss you. You seamed to be the level headed one. No one knows what really happens behind closed doors (camera's) the network only allows what they want us to see!! I think you are the most beautiful woman out of all the Orange County woman, because you never spoke about your looks and never focused on your looks. You did want to get fit which is not a bad thing(everyone should be aware of there health)!! You are beautiful and do not let anyone tell you different!!! I wish the best for you! (Off the subject, like I said the camera's will allow only what they want to air, but talk to Shane. If he doesn't let the guard down some day he will never find his companion! I hope you find a very special person for you!! DO NOT SETTLE!! You desire the best!!! Hope to caught up with you on Bravo!! Coby Miller Sarasota, FL
I have a wonderful opportunity for you anyone else -- especially stay at home moms --to make some serious money!! You make money helping others get Physically and Financially Fit.
Jeana, It saddens me to hear you are leaving the show. You are the rock that holds the show together. I do wish you the best as to your family. You have no idea how much I will miss your apperance on the show. You took the time to email me back and just with the few words, " thank you Missy" lifted my spirits so much. Our father just past on. He was the last of our parents. We are going through 60 yrs. of memories in the same house to clean it out and sell it. The things my mother saved are astonishing, such as gallstones from a dog of her's, in the corner hutch none-the-less.....what was she thinking??? It made us laugh and kinda gave us a sick feeling.....but that was mother. I was just diagniosed with colon-rectal cancer. But let me tell you little lady.....it's a pooper! Please if you have the time and read this--------give another quick email. It so makes my life. I will miss you so much. I would love to read your book, when it's complete. You go girl!! You will be missed and it won't be the same without the true housewife! Bless you lady and best wishes to you. Missy , a Midwestener from Ia.
jeana, im so sorry to hear what u r going through, don't feel bad there is so many of us going through the same. Be thankful u have real friends. I like you alot in the show, you're going to be missed alot eventhough u don't cause any drama lol. good luck lami
Hey Jeana, Just wanted to let ya know YOU ROCK GIRL!! You are my favorite out of the whole bunch, There a big change in you since the 1,2,3, season to the 4th ! You seem Happy now and content with yourself! I like the other girls too, Well some of them. Lynn and Gretchen seem like alight girls. Vicky also, atleast Vicky is not two-face. Like some (hint-hint) do i have to say her name, There's only one left!! Anyways .. Even thought some are a bit .. Mean.. We still love to hate them !! Hopefully there will be a 5th season and i better see you there!
I love Kathy's comment. You are the best Housewife! I LOVE U! U have the best opinions and you are the only true woman on the show. I keep watching the show because you have a great advise on any situation and you are REAL. Thanks so much. Keep up the good work.
Hey there Jeana. I just wanted to tell you that you are the most sane person on the show and I truly respect you for that. My mom always coments on how you have lost so much weight and look so beautiful. You are truly radiant. Keep up the good work. Your fan, Kelsi D.
Jeana, You are the best person on the show!!! You are kind and compassionate. Try and share these traits with Tamara, she needs it. Your friend Vicki has these traits but they are starting to fade when she is around Tamara. Keep them honest and sweet as you are.
Jeana I hope so you feel better and find someone ho make you smile and not cry your good woman and mother. YOU CAN make that for you and for your kids
Since we've never met, I am reluctant to call you Jeana. Anyway, I am 65, was once a beauty, gained mucho weight, so I am over the hill and no longer attractive. In addition to that, my husband died last November and my heart is broken. You look so good, very, very attractive, and give me hope that its not all over for me! Please don't lose a lot weight! Thank you for listening!
I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your experiences about your divorce! Those of us going through one felt good to know we are really not alone, and you set the example on being a strong woman!
You have a huge heart!! It really comes across and it's a pleasure to see. It enhances the show a lot.
I look forward to Season 5!
Jeana, I gice you credit for always defusing a situation. I love the fact that you give credit where creidt is due, and you always give the benefit of the doubt when there is an issue. Shows you have class. I am from Jersy but love the OC show. I hope you find happiness.
Jeana, Vicky, Tamara...
Please be extra cautious promoting the diet drug. It has extreme doses of Caffeine (Guarana) and some of the same supplements as Hydroxycut which was taken off the market. Of course you have more energy you are taken an equivalent to a pot of coffee!!! I don't care how much they are paying you, if you cause harm to someone who did not know what the product is you will have that on your shoulders the rest of your life. Do the right thing stop the cheesy ad, and talk about good nutrition and exercise.
Jeana, I love you and think your such an amazing women. You are so beautiful in so many way. Just wanted to stop by an say that to you. Best wishes to you and your loved one's- Anthony
Jeana Just wanted to let you know that you are my favorite housewife in the OC..Keep on rocking hot moma

To Jenna I truly hope with all my heart that all of The Real Housewives will read this.
I love all of the shows about The Real Housewives. I very seldom if ever miss an episode I love Jill and Bethany, and Jenna. I have noticed that all of you do so much charity work, and I really respect you for that.
In all of my almost 62 years of age I have never written to anyone famous or to any television shows, not even a newspaper. For some reason I felt it would be appropriate to do it now.
My husband and I are just pain country people that have worked hard all our lives and have helped people that are less fortunate than us.
My husband worked for one company for 28 years and we invested heavily in his 401k at this company. When he reached 52 years old he was laid off, which is what the company did so they could hire younger people to replace the older ones at a much lower pay scale. This company was ENRON. We left all of our retirement and 401K invested in Enron stock and well I guess you all have heard What happened to the mighty Enron. The CEO and Founder, and their friends stole all the little people, like us, life savings. When my husband was laid off at the age of 52 it totally devastated him to the point that he never could find a full time job again. I continue to work, but we used our personal savings to make ends meet during this time, knowing that when we did reach retirement age we would be secure.
When my husband turned 65 Enron stock reached such a dollar amount for each share that we had a million dollars in our account. Boy we were elated. We began to make plans to build a new house on our property that had been in his family for generations. During this time my sister died of cancer, and my husband got cancer, so we postponed building our house and continued to live in our very modest old farm house. When we learned that Enron had declared bankruptcy we lost everything we had. Thank God we never started building our new house or we would have lost our property too. Now we are almost destitute. Our house needs so many repairs that we cannot afford to do. My daughter’s husband abandoned her and her three children and they have moved in with us. It is really unhealthy, for my husband with his illnesses and my grandkids to live in our house. It has black mold from the roof leaking. There are other problems I won't go into. My husband has acute Emphazema in its final stage and my kidneys are shutting down. They are functioning now at 30% and I am told they are shutting down very fast. This is not a death sentence by any means but it is very upsetting to me to think that I may not see my grandkids grow up.
All of the charities that you ladies sponsor are very good charities and I respect you all so much for the work you do. My thoughts are why not sponsor a charity for the older people that have lost their retirements and life savings to the greedy people of Enron. I know that if this has happened to us it has happened to other people that really need finical help.
Please consider this and get back with me if you have the time and are interested in developing an organization. I do work a full 40 hour, but I will do everything I can to help myself and thousands of others that really need help to pay rent, buy badly needed medications, and put food put on the table. I can tell you from experience IT IS SO HARD TO ASK STRANGERS FOR HELP, but it is better than losing your home, security and dignity. I have been there and done that.
Sincerely, Glenda Johnson 18171 Collier Road Montgomery, Texas 77316
J...You are the only housewife I like on OC...you are real, like Jill and Bethenny in NY
I love your hair blonde!
Your the coolest housewife. Thanks for letting people know that you can have $ and not be a total snot. Please tell Vicki to lighten up and tell Tamara to pull her head out of Vicki's @ss already. I like Lynn and I think the rest of them are jealous, you should get to know her better because your both sweet women with compassion!
It's telling to me that such a likable person as yourself talks about liking and spending time with Kim, Ramona and Gretchen.
They seem like the women that are unfairly trashed the most by the other women and I'm glad to hear that they are nice. I never liked the bully mentality and always felt bad for them.
I don't know why someone can't be a fan of someone without bashing the crap out of the other ladies, seems so mean and childish.
Really? Austin? Ah, it should be Dallas. At this point, Austin is nothing more than an extension of Silicon Valley. Dallas has so much more to offer and if Bravo goes with Austin over Dallas, it will mean that Bravo doesn't give a damn about the location in which they set these Housewives series. I've watched all of them but if they go with Austin, I will stop watching. Oh well, it will make my husband happy.
Jeana, Housewives are my guilty tv pleasure. Enjoy the show and all the drama. Thinking it would be interesting if your situation changes-Patty Stanger and her group might feature you on a Match?
Jeana It is so refreshing to see a down to earth person on these shows. Being from the midwest myself there is nothing like a hometown girl. Your the best!!!
Hi Jeanna! I have to tell you, I have only just been catching up on RHOC, Bravo in Canada has been broadcasting the past four seasons every night for the past several weeks and I have been totally hooked. I really identify with you, I too am a former model (not Playboy, but would have if I had been asked!), but after kids, I gained some weight. I also love tall men with moustaches, my hubby is one and he's lovely. In fact, he got hooked on the show too, not much choice as I have control of the remote and the Tivo!! Anyway, he was totally pissed at your ex, thinks he's an a-hole and that you are totally gorgeous, I agree. There are men who meet your standards out there, good men who will appreciate you for your beauty, your sense of humor, your honesty, your liveliness and your loyalty to your family and friends. I know, I have one. Don't lower your standards, ever. You are fabulous - you're me if I lived in Coto! Love you and looking forward to the new season.
Cheers, Lisa in Vancouver BC Canada
You are the Best!! You are beautiful!! Any guy would be soo lucky to date you!! Also "right on" telling what you observe!! Please don't give yourself to a man who is unworthy to even date you!!! Many fab men in So. Cal would KILL to date you!!
You are so down-to-earth and always say the nicest things about all of the women. Your un-cattiness is refreshing!
Jeana, I enjoy the OC housewives mainly because of you. You seem to be who you are and not a character playing you. Having viewed other reality shows, I understand that editing and have an unfair advantage of making a person look and sound different than they really are. I hope this is the case for Vicky and Tamra, but that is not my concern. I really enjoy watching the show and hope to see you dating more, you deserve a person in your life who's goal is to make you happy.
Just got home from a Ports game! My son waited for Shane, so he could get his autograph. Jeanna, your my favorite "housewive"! Shane did great!!! Now that we know he's 12 min. away we will be there more often...Jeanna should be proud!! My son takes lessons here in Manteca and one of his coachs plays with Shane,we will be at alot of Port games this season!!!
I think you are fabulos, Jeana! You, Jill, NeNe and Bethanny are my favorites! Please tell the powers to be that Tamara has had her 15 minutes of fame, if that's what you want to call it, and get her off the show.
Jeanna - You've always been a favorite - but to end your blog with comments to your three children - just warmed my heart! You are the best and I wish you well.
Jeana, Swear to God I have the perfect guy for you. He is a nuclear physicist at San Onofre power plant. I am just a real housewife of cincinnati but I used to live in the OC and helped plan Nellie Gail for the Presley Companies. You two should get together. I'm a matchmaker because I'm married to his great brother!
Jeana, I thought you did great on what you picked out to wear for the A- list awards! F.Y.I. I Voted For U!
I enjoyed reading your blog and the fun you had at the awards show. You seem to genuinely like people, unlike your colleagues Vicki and Tamra from OC. Tamra is truly the most vicious person I've ever seen. How she treated the Gretchen on the show was downright vitriolic - Ick! I think she suffers from a BIG dose of jealousy.
Jeana, there is much the housewives of NYC (and your own castmates) could learn from you. You are real, honest, a great Mom and very caring. The Countess could learn some class from you. Looking at NYC, OC, Atlanta and what I've seen so far from NJ, you are the only one I'd love to go out for a drink with. Please stay real ... clearly the others have all become delusional with overblown egos. Good for you!
JEANA, GREAT BLOG! I'M ALSO A FAN OF YOUR SWEET AND TEMPERATE NATURE. I RELATE TO YOU AND THE RELATIONSHIP YOU HAVE WITH THE JERK YOU MARRIED. STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF AND DON'T LET HIM RUIN THE LAST HALF OF YOUR LIFE. I'M NOT AT ALL A FAN OF KATHY G.,BUT I WANTED TO WATCH THE OC GIRLS, WHAT FUN CHOOSING AND FASHIONING SUCH GREAT STYLES, YOU LOOKED "RED" HOT!! SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT GETTING TAMARA,AND VICKIE REPLACED FOR THE UPCOMING SEASONS. THERE HAS TO BE NICER WOMEN THAT CAN REPRESENT THE OC.
Jeana - LOVE YOU!! I couldn't watch the award show! I can't believe I'm going to say this, but Kathy went to far this time. With the f bomb being used so much & then Tabitha being called a c888, I thought it was disgusting! Stay classy!! Women, especially the young ones, need good role models on class & how to succeed in life.
You looked great. I didn't think the show was that great, but when you guys came out it made te show. I like Kathy but some if not mst of the jokes just weren't funny or downright tasteless.I did like that all of you from the original showed up.You guys have your drama, but NYC is a prime reason for therapy.
Ms. Jeana, Austin awaits you my dear. Make sure you have a good long time resident tour guide! Lots of hidden, neat, breath taking nature here. Hill country drives are a must. Have fun, if you go to 6th street..be careful. there's been some unusual recent crime down there. Better areas to go these days.
Hey Jeana....first time to read your blog and enjoyed your stories. Sounds like you had a wonderful time at the awards....wish I could have watched the whole show but when Kathy used the language she did around the children.....the "9 from Africa", I had to change the station. There was something about it that was creepy to me, does that make sense? I Really wanted to watch the show but after that....well, it really was creepy. Foul language is one thing around adults and it isn't shocking to me. But! When it was tolerated by Bravo around those children on stage and...com'on, even Kathy must have thought it bad when she watched the show later. Oh well.....feel like I did the right thing....just won't go that low.
YAY! You are coming to Austin- I know you will have a great time... Of course you cant miss the music, the shopping (my favorite Emeralds!), and the drag! Have fun!
Austin will gladly have you Jeana! I've often said to my friends that the world needs to see real housewives from the greatest state... TEXAS!
Wonderful charity work, Jeana! Love seeing you on OC, you are so kind to others and you don't judge others, so sweet. Best wishes to you and your family!!! Austin loves you, have fun in Texas and Hook 'Em Horns!!
Jeana-I've loved you every season! It seems like every Housewives show needs at least one lady who will cut thru the crap and balance out all of the other crazy, self-absorbed stuff that goes on! You're the one for OC and I love Bethenny on the NY show. Once I found out you were truly from the Midwest---I realized why you always made so much sense! Best wishes from Minneapolis!
You are sweet as ever! Stay true to who you are because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind!
You always bring a smile to my face, many thanks. I just hope I can be as successful in Real Estate as you have done. Luv my Jeana!!!!!!!!!!!
Your'e a good soul, Jeanna.. but the A list show was the worst TV I had seen in years and Bravo can hype it all they want- It's just bad, infantile and plain Terrible! I couldn't make it through last year so this year.. not me, thanks.
