I totally agree with you Jill on Jeana!!!I want her back on the Real Housewives!!!I think the fans should send tons of emails saying they want her back on. I read somewhere though that she might be joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!!!!Lets hope so!

Jill, I love your blog entries and your point of view since you do your own show and know how they work. It's like getting insight into the world of the housewives but where we can read perspectives from people while related, aren't in the actual season.
Can't wait until NYC starts! It's my absolute favorite!

My favorite is Real Housewives of NY. I love Jill. I agree that OC has changed alot and that is why Jenna is leaving. She is real like you and not acting or putting up a big show. I do not know when NY will start again but it has been to long and for my part they should replace Atlanta with NY because they are all so low class. Please come back soon

Okay I feel the NYC is the only real housewives show. Atlanta is too prentious and OC well sorta nip & tuck if ya really want to cut to the real. NJ, where I was raised but born in NYC, is too much drama mama for my blood. Thanks ladies, you keep it classy and real...

My guess on Lynne pursuing plastic surgery would be that by having the consultation on TV - she'll probably get it for free - doesn't it work like that? Just my guess (and hope?). I thought her outlook on downsizing was very healthy.

Jill, I have to say you are so East Coast and I love it. You have a great perception of these women. They are all great, I think they are all strong in their own way. I admire all of them and how they try their hardest to put their family first, even in the lime light of everything. I think you hit the nail on the head with all of them and most of all Alexa,as hot as she is, she deserves more of a nurturing husband rather than being just a trophy wife for him. Happy Holidays!

I have to disagree about Alexis's husband...his comments didnt seem to bother her. In fact I believe that they have their own inside jokes or sense of humor...but degrading or rude...I didnt get that from the show. AND, a bikini is a bikini...lingerie is lingerie...there was nothing wrong in her husband asking that she respect him and not try on lingerie for TV...nothing wrong!

Youre a realist so yes it probably would b too much to welcome 4 additional kids to what Slade already has. But Gretchen will probably stop after 2 kids...4 sounds good but really? I HOPE THEY LAST..Gretchen seems like a really fun loving person

Oh thank God, It's Jill Zarin, the voice of reason and my favorite housewife.I agree that Gretchen and Slade have a good thing going now, life is too short to worry about what will be. for now they're what the other needs.I was impressed with Alexis and her family values until she and her husband went to lunch and he was telling her she was talking too loud and to keep her voice down. it wasn't what he said but how he said it.Not nice Jim!Also husbands not wanting their wives to be seen in lingerie is a good thing, but like you I was shocked to see Alexis in her bikini.Lingerie would have been better because that bikini was barely there.Tamra has to stop wanting what everyone else has. So many of us are going through really hard times and you have to deal with it together.Lynne is a nice lady, but I agree with you, a nose job and face lift when you're in the midst of a financial crisis. It's so good to hear your thoughts on the OC ladies. I too wonder how Lynne can justify the plastic surgery when she is having to "downsize"? The ladies financial problems amaze me. Jill, I agree with you 100%- maybe thats why you're my favorite NY housewife ( and Bobby, the sweetest husband)...........or favorite of all of the housewives. You call it like you see it and pull no punches- a true NY girl. Jeanna is the backbone of the OC housewives, and doesn't go along with the crowd, sticking up for the housewives who take a bashing from the "mean girls". Vicki and tamra are so cruel to those that are weaker, and Jeana was strong enough to stand up for them- which brought her harsh comments....ie. calling her one of the fat girls at the track...you know thats the meanest thing to say to a woman!

Jill, love your blog and your observations are what most viewers were thinking while watching these past episodes. I agree with you regarding the La Perla event, was it really necessary? It is also interesting to see how some of these OC ladies are coping with these difficult times, which will no doubt provide endless drama this season. Looking forward to the start of the Real Housewives of NY!!!
