The Real Housewives of Orange County's Tamra Judge is on vacation in Hawaii. But naturally, she's not staying in just any old digs. She's staying in the newly revamped Four Seasons Resort Lanai, one of two new Four Seasons properties in the state that are attracting flocks of Real Housewives.
The property is situated on a 90,000-acre secluded island just nine miles from Maui, having reopened in February with a Hawaiian blessing ceremony involving its owner, billionaire Larry Ellison.
The new resort features 217 guest rooms including 51 suites, high-end dining experiences, an epic spa and wellness program, an 18-hole ocean-view Jack Nicklaus Signature Manele Golf Course, and luxury retailers like Missoni and Jimmy Choo. A lagoon-style, free-form central pool has a waterfall and two spas. At the adults-only Retreat, with waterfalls and lava rock grottos, views of Hulopoe Bay offer frequent glimpses at dolphins.
But Tamra and her squad got a peek at another sea creature that made her "scream with excitement" — a whale!
Humpback whale sightings are an attraction for visitors in Hawaii usually from December through May; one of the best viewing spots in the world is the shallow Auau Channel between West Maui, Lanai, and Molokai.
Another thing Tamra is doing on vacation? Overindulging.
She had a couple of drinks, and ate some doughnuts.
It appears she broke her own rule about how to stay healthy while on the road, especially in hotels!
Well, naturally at least she balanced out any gluttony with a physical activity — and one with a pretty epic view, to boot.
