Now, we learn that the tease was for a tease — a new hair tease spray from Alkali Beauty, that is.
Alkali Beauty is taking pre-orders for Peggy Sulahian's Tease Spray on their website, and the woman herself took to her Instagram account to share her own tease, which is sheer, enviable perfection.
The product claims to lift, separate and texturize, which could give a boost to all hair types.
