For the past several months, Shannon Beador has made health her top priority. After putting in the work with regular exercise, a healthy diet, and a few light seafood recipes along the way, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is in spectacular shape.
This may sound petty, but we have to admit it: the moment we saw a photo of Shannon at the taping of the Season 13 reunion, we wanted to take the picture and wave it in the face of the trainer who was so terribly unkind to her in Season 12. Because after working with a new trainer and never giving up on herself, Shannon is looking better than ever.
In an Instagram post from October 25, Shannon looks fit, glowing, and gorgeous in a figure-hugging look. With a little added length in her flowing blonde hair, the Real for Real Cuisine founder wore a navy-blue dress with a plunging neckline and feathered sleeves.
