When Meghan King Edmonds and her husband Jim welcomed their twin boys into the world this year, their family grew … but their home did not. “So here begins the story of a family growing so fast we’ve grown out of our home: the twins have taken over our master bedroom,” she wrote on her blog. Which is why The Real Housewives of Orange County alum began construction on a new — and much bigger — house!
And as of yesterday, we know that the blonde beauty’s new digs are well underway. Meghan posted an Instagram story of the home, with the framing up, stairs constructed and builders hard at work in the background.
Earlier this year Meghan posted another video to social media crowd sourcing her kitchen colors — the mom of three had picked out white cabinets, a mocha-hued island color and dark wood floors, and luckily, her followers agreed with her picks.
She also gave us a sneak peek of the home’s land before they broke ground, showing just how massive the plot of land really is.
While Meghan hasn’t given us an ETA, we’re betting they’ll be in the new abode by end of year. Hopefully, the couple created enough space for a master bedroom that they don’t have to share with the twins!
