Vicki was in her element cooking and spending time with her family. She is a great mom and host! It was sad though because she made the comment that her kids are raised so now she just does what makes her happy, which is work. I think by this point you see she and Donn are past the point of getting their love tanks filled back up.
Gretchen is so sweet to surprise her mom and throw a great party for her parents' 40th anniversary. And how thoughtful to give up her old ring to get her mom a new one! What a great role model her parents are! I'm so lucky to have that same foundation. My parents hit 50 years this October! I am anxious to see how the party goes.
And finally on to the Botox party Alexis threw to introduce me to all the girls. Alexis did a great job, and it was a very nice event with great food and a beautiful view of the harbor. I didn't want to get Botox, because I get really red and welt up, not to mention I like to keep it to a minimum so as to still have some expression. I did love the neck and shoulder massage though! Everyone was very sweet, and I really hit it off with all the girls! Gretchen and I have hung out on several occasions now, and we get along really well, so I was disappointed you viewers saw a comment I said about her aura. I don't really even know about auras, and I didn't mean it in a negative way. Moving on, I had to laugh at Alexis' comment behind my back about me brown nosing Vicki and maybe being afraid of her. I never have and never will brown nose anyone. I am just a very outgoing person that talks to everyone and likes to find similarities or common interests with people I meet! I've been a host and spokes-model most my life, so I am always making conversation. Not to mention I wanted to get to know Vicki on my own experience and not be rude to her just because she and Alexis have had their issues. I think Alexis was just expecting me to be distant with Vicki because I'm her friend, but I'm a leader not a follower. Viewers saw me leave the party early, but what you didn't know was why. My sweet man took me to the John Mayer concert later that night! Because I left early I missed the mace scene in person, but I know Tamra was doing it to have fun, and I thought it was really funny when I saw it on camera. Overall I think it was a fun night with no drama!
