Tamra puts all the Fernanda drama to rest.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mommys out  there. I wanted to share my favorite Mother's Day quote: "Being a mother is one of highest paying jobs, since the payment is pure love." Thank you Sidney, Spencer, Ryan, and Sophia for this very special day. I love you so much.

I was a little more than shocked at lunch when Lynne told me Fernanda told her we shared a drunken kiss. I adore Fernanda and think she is a beautiful girl inside and out. But I didn't think she would go on national TV and talk about it after she asked me if she could and I said no. This was something that happened over a year ago, and she never brought up until she was on the show. In my mind I didn't think the kiss was that big of a deal. But given the fact that she is gay probably makes all the difference in the world to her. Even though I don't like how she exposed it, I am very sorry if I sent her mixed signals.

I have decided that there will be no more drinking and kissing friends! Eddie thinks that would be a good idea too. At lunch with Fernanda I said something that didn't quite come out how I intended, "Most lesbians don't look like you," which was a very ignorant comment on my part. I should have said, "Most woman don't look like you." Fernanda is a very beautiful and sexy woman.

Slade talking with his mom was a very defining scene. Slade says he has a job other than following his girlfriend around, yet his own mom has no idea what her son does. Gretchen has told him in a past episode that selling his art and making some money is better than him currently making no money. So what is it? I personally agree with Gretchen on this one. I hate to hear someone complain about something and not do a thing about it. Being a single mom and working my butt off to make money, I have little respect for that. Sure I have the option to sit back and do nothing and collect child support and alimony from my ex husband, but I choose to work. The easy way is not always the good way in life. It's one thing to be out of work for a few months, but a few years?  If I was ever short on money or unemployed I know my ex would help me and the kids out, as I would too. I hope Slade cleans up his act and learns from all the bad press.
