Gretchen Rossi Reveals What She Eats for Perfect Skin — And Opens Her Fridge for a Tour

Gretchen Rossi shares doable "tips and tricks" for beauty boosts — and banishing sugar cravings to boot.

Gretchen Rossi has a friendly PSA. On August 21, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum took to Instagram Stories to share this tip: "Healthy skin starts with what you put in your body." Fair enough. So what, exactly, should we be eating to get Gretchen's glow? 

Showing a gorgeous summer peach on a cutting board, Gretchen said: "I already took a bite out of this peach because it's so yummy. But, instead of getting Starbucks in the afternoon, if I'm craving sugar, I love to cut a peach like this." Her tour continued to the spot we love to peep the most: Inside her fridge

Showing off her organized shelves, Gretchen let loose with another tip.

"Have stuff ready to go in your fridge, so that when you are craving sweets or you want something a little extra in the afternoon, it's already here ready to you and then you're not tempted by the bad stuff. These are cherry tomatoes, grapes, and blueberries that I can just grab, and it's easy!"
