Kelly Dodd Lost 3 Pounds in a Single Day By Eating This

Nope, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom didn't jump on the Keto bandwagon...

Kelly Dodd is on vacation, but not the kind where you sip frosty drinks by the pool and order an extra round of guacamole. Instead, The Real Housewife of Orange County pal is devoting a few days to exercise and low-calorie eats at Hilton Head Health, a wellness retreat and weight-loss spa. And whatever Kelly's doing is working, fast. 

On October 2, Kelly checked in from the wellness retreat via Instagram Stories. Panning over a table that was laden with eats, she said: "Look at this; all of these dishes are like 200 calories. I lost three pounds in one day. I did! Three pounds in one day." OK, we have to know what's on the menu at this South Carolina spot.

We got a little more intel on the retreat, and it turns out they have an on-site restaurant called True. The guests at the resort are generally eating 1,200 to 1,600 calories each day, so menu items are carefully portioned out to help them meet their goals. It looks like Kelly's snaps showed grilled chicken with baked squash and some sort of grain, along with a dish that combined protein and lettuce and a bean stew topped with avocado. 

The restaurant also serves up lobster tacos, spaghetti and meatballs, beet salads, and grilled mahi-mahi. 

Sounds delish! But we're guessing asking for seconds kinda defeats the point.
