In the great birthday tradition tradition of Southern Charm's Patricia Altschul, she grabbed for something totally laid back instead. And if you happen to be from St. Louis, that something might look very familiar to you!
On September 25, Meghan took to Instagram Stories to share a photo of a few slices of pizza that appear to be flecked with sausage. She tagged the St. Louis pizza joint Imo's, and write: "Do you guys know what this is? Where my fellow St. Louisans at? HEAVENNN."
Yep, we can attest that this looks HEAVENNN-ly, indeed — if not remotely fancy. Take a look:
