After receiving her doctorate in clinical psychology from UCLA, she completed her clinical internship at the renowned UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. She is currently Professor of Psychology at California State University Los Angeles and is a licensed clinical psychologist, focusing primarily on areas of health and wellness.
