I thought you looked amazing and you look 10 years younger!! (not that you looked old before) You never failed to make me laugh during every episode, you sir are hilarious!!! I was amazed at how great everyone looked, it was a complete transformation for everyone. Watching this show helped me identify some of my own issues with food and why I have such bad habits. During the finale you said that you didn't like to be touched or be intimate with anyone because you felt disgusted with yourself. I am the same way and that really touched me and to see the transformation in you was touching. Congratulations on your life change!!!!!!

Bryan with a "Y" as my friends and I like to call you. I sat last night watching the finale of the show. I was so impressed with everyone's goals and what they achieve but I couldn't stop smiling when you walked out. You are my hero, and I can relate to so many things you said and did. I actaully teared up watching you. You must be so proud of yourself and when your partner said, you did this for you. I was so happy he realized it wasn't about him but you and you deserved this and he gets to enjoy it also. Congrates Bryan with a Y you have motivated me to get back down on my weight. I too sit at home not wanting to go out, my friends say I turn heads when we go out but I don't see it and don't understand it. I need to get comfortable in my own skin and that means getting back to a weight were I'm happy with myself. Thanks again and my journey is starting this morning. It may have been nice in your reflection of this experience to take the time and apologize for the mean spirited things you have said about your "castmates" throughout this process. This show will rerun and they will see the mean things that you said about them behind their backs, which was counter motivational and judgemental.

I'm so happy for you and how you look. please address how it feels from being fat to looking so good. i'm afraid of being skinny just as I feel helpless about being fat.
