I was overjoyed about this week's workout with Robyn and the fitness Dolls. So was Joe...just kidding. But let me tell you, it's a very vulnerable experience using your body the way we did this week. Everyone did a great job! Not only did they get the steps down, but you could see everyone put their personality into their moves. Mandy's cheerleading abilities, Bryan and Stacy's theater background, Shay's pole dancing moves, Jeana's sexy playboy moves, Nikki's club moves, and Joe's, well...Joe gave it his best.
Mandy's home is BEAUTIFUL! I joked with her during our workout in the backyard, "Now it makes sense why you were crying the day before at the gym. I would cry too if I had to leave such a beautiful home!" She thought that was funny. But seriously, if her health and fitness is going to be a true lifestyle change, her family has to be involved. This is why I wanted to see her home and meet her family. For some women like Mandy, this program has to be a family affair. The support from loved ones is so strong. For all you Thintervention clients watching at home, get your family and friends involved! Share your journey. Get them all on the same path. Sharing is caring.

When you lose weight with our program, you get emotional. It will happen! This is not only due to chemical changes, but losing weight is a workout from the inside out. Working on yourself is emotional, but it's worthwhile work. Use these emotions to energize your workouts. Keep going all of you at home. My wish for you is that you are taking the proper tools and information we give you so it can be applied to your life. You deserve this change!
