Okay, so I'm a mama's boy and proud of it! My mom was diagnosed with Fibro Myalgia 10 years now, which prompted me to go into the industry of healing/fitness. I could honestly say watching her suffer from this disease makes me hurt more than anyone will ever know. But I believe this also makes me a very intuitive, sensitive, and caring trainer. And I feel so blessed to bring my fitness expertise and love to these wonderful, beautiful clients.
Jackie and I are a great balance for each other both with our professional training and in life. She is a sister to me. To quote golden girls theme song Jackie is truly " a friend and a confidant."
Want to get in my head? Stay tuned for next week's blog.
I have seen this show twice now and I'm totally hooked. Jackie and Craig are not just "training" people. I feel like they are transforming their clients for bigger and better things in their life. And in the process, I've learned some really interesting things about my own diet. I've had trainers in the past. Anyone would be lucky to have the encouragement and support of these amazing professionals.
PS. They should have one of those Bravo online Sweeps that would consist of a week of fitness with Craig. He could motivate me any day of the year.
Your mom must be so proud that you love her so much that her illness inspired you to help her and others. You're beautiful inside and out.
I love watching people who have a heart. I'm so over the reality shows where everyone just hates each other for no reason. I much rather watch you!
You are really a great addition to Jackie Warner, I'm really glad the her show has gone in a different direction. Mostly about working out. That said, have you known any people that work out a lot to experience swelling behind their knees? I have worked out consistently since I was 22 & am now 43 and have had this swelling not always but a lot. Does any one have any idea how to prevent this? The only thing that seems to help it is to soak in a whirl pool tub for a 1/2 hour. The show is extremely motivating.Thank you!!!
