You are really a great addition to Jackie Warner, I'm really glad the her show has gone in a different direction. Mostly about working out. That said, have you known any people that work out a lot to experience swelling behind their knees? I have worked out consistently since I was 22 & am now 43 and have had this swelling not always but a lot. Does any one have any idea how to prevent this? The only thing that seems to help it is to soak in a whirl pool tub for a 1/2 hour. The show is extremely motivating.Thank you!!!
