Seeing Jeana cry about Nikki's rooming issues breaks my heart. I would have shared my room with her if Jackie and I weren't already sharing a double bed.
Having a history as a contortionist and professional flexible dancer, I stretched my skin therefore I have some stretch marks, no big deal. Women you are not alone, we all have them, you don't see them in the magazines because guess what ... they photoshop them away.
My boyfriend, knowing I was going on this retreat with Jackie and the gang, bought me a new bathing suit and made sure to give me a haircut before leaving (he is a celebrity stylist, and let me tell you, it comes in handy). Which I thought was so nice of him! It started my week off so well. Thanks Brandon! XO
Nikki's pool workout really challenged her, she revealed to me off camera that she felt very vulnerable and hasn't been in a bathing suit in front of people for a very long time. I'm proud of Nikki for working out her insecurities this week. Shay also overcame her insecurities and fear of water. Their successes this week might not be with the scale but with themselves. They were challenged and overcame!
I really like Joe! I wanted to give him the chance to make amends. I feel he hides behind his weight and doesn't realize how truly talented he is, and what an attractive man he has become. I want him to find his confidence. He really needs to look in the mirror and look inside himself to get in touch with the wonderful man I see in him. He was up for the challenge this week and I see how hard he is working on himself. I'm proud of him, because addressing the problems is a huge step in the right direction.

Team Craig, victory is ours! Great job, girls!
Four girls and a guy kicked butt!
"Four girls and a guy kicked butt! " And speaking of kicking butt . . . WOW!
Anyway, seeing you break down tonight with Shay made me realize just how much you genuinely care for these people, not only as clients, but as fellow human beings. I just adore every aspect of you more and more each week.
i love you and Jackie and the cast. i started walking 4 miles a day when this show started and have done it every day since. what i want to know is can i apply to be on the show? i have never done anythingb like this in my life nor asked to do anything like this. i am 5'9" 145 pounds and have been called skinny all my life. i might be tall and thin (or was) but i am way out of shape and flabby! i am 49 and will be the big 50 in May. i love you guys and would love to give it a shot. everyone thinks because you are tall and on the thin side that you are in shape. it is not true! i ahve been sitting in front of a computer for the last 18 years and it has taken it's toll. hope to hear from you. you guys are the best! out of shape tall mom about to be the big 50!
So bummed that that final episode is next week. Where will I find my inspiration? I love you and the show. Can't wait for season two! You rock!
So I saw how Craig talk to Joe on how inappropriate it was for him to tell Jackie to turn around So he could see her backside, And I agree it was inappropriate. My question or comment is how come when Brian was asking the guy that was demonstrating on the rowing to talk off his shirt; how come no one told him that was inappropriate and how it was demeaning to the demonstrator. No one said anything and the show never made an issue of it. I wonder if it were a female demonstrator and Joe made similar comments to her if everyone's reaction would have been the same, including Bravo. i would also like to ash if Craig being naked in the spa while two women were there if that is appropriate as well and if Joe had been naked while neither of them knew if the reactions would have been the same. I feel a double standard from everyone including the network.
First I would have to agree, that regardless of gender and/or sexual orientation we should treat others with respect. Brian's behavior toward the rowing instructor (extremely handsome) was disrespectful. The trainees should be fully focused on getting the workout done. I do have to say that I appreciate Jackie's ability to provide visually appealing guests which should be motivate enough! Works for me!
Now regarding Craig and being naked; I will have to ask, Did you pause and Tivo back to watch it again?? I bet everyone who has a DVR! :p I dont think that Joe would of been in a whirlpool with Nikki and honestly... naked? Even though he has had an amazing metamorphysis thus far, I don't think his confidence is there yet to present himself naked! Now Craig, on the other-hand... this has nothing to do with double standards. PLEASE! RATINGS, RATINGS, RATINGS!!! and Craig has an amazing body that should serve as motivation for straight and gay men to get off the couch and start those lunges and squats! Thank you Craig! Leg day tomorrow! :D
Cheers to BRAVO!
I agree, watching Jackie makes me want to work out more. I do hope Bravo TV will keep Jackie on TV. Thanks Jackie! My tummy is getting toned, my treadmill is not a coat hanger. Wish I lived near Red Rock Canyon, love those trail.
After watching this episode I decided I would incorporate more squats and lunges into my workout routine . Thanks Craig for the little flash of inspiration lol. Mario Lopez showed his butt once in a shower scene on a tv show and the very next day I started doing my legs but that was a longtime ago and I needed a little "kick in the ass" to get me motivated again. It's a great feeling to get your body in shape and feel good about it with or without clothes on. It's liberating. Hope you guys will return soon with another show. I liked this one so much more than the last one Jackie did. It was more focused on exercise and diet and the journey of the clients , not the drama of the personal lives of the trainers....much better.
Agree that there was a big double standard on this episode. I think Craig is a great motivator and very emphathic. I like that he admits he has strech marks too. I like the format of this show much more than Jackie's last one. I think hearing the clients make the same excuses I make and realizing how lame they are makes me hold myself more accountable. I hope they have gone straight into production for next season.
