Jeana, you were one of my favorites on RHOC. I'm gonna keep up with you & tell you how I did. We're starting out at near the same weight, but I'm only 5'2" !! I plan to start the AM with a shake, vitamins and a 60 minute walk. Alcohol and motivation to exercise are my weakest areas. In bad weather, ( I live near Seattle) I'll be doing exercise DVDs.
