Breakfast:

Whey protein, strawberries, blueberries, oatmeal

Snack:

3/4 cup total whole wheat plain cereal

cottage cheese

Lunch:

1 whole wheat tortilla, ground turkey breast, avacado

Dinner:

3oz chicken breast, whole wheat tortilla.
