Day 12

Jackie's Protein Shake

Apple

String Cheese

Chef's Salad w/ balsamic and 1/2 chicken breast

Protein shake

String Cheese

1/2 chicken breast

1/2 cup broccoli

Day 13

Jackie's Protein Shake w/ oatmeal

1 scrambled egg with diced ham and cheddar

1 piece gluten free sun dried tomato bread

Salad with chicken, mango cashews

Orange

Pork Tenderloin w/ spinach, apple and walnuts

1/4 cup salad

Bowl of fruit w/ balsamic glaze

Tequila on rocks

Day 14

Protein Shake w/ oatmeal

Chicken breast with yams

Chicken finger

Sliced turkey breast with swiss cheese

2 shots of tequila

I absolutely love the show....I would like to receive the recipe for Jackie's protein shake...please.

I WANT TO LOOSE 30 POUNDS.NO MATTER WHAT I DO IT IS NOT HAPPENING.HOW CAN I POSSIBLY TAKE PART IN THIS PROGRAM

Bryan, you are such a great spirit...I truly think that we would be great friends...you are doing incredibly well...you are a true joy to watch!

I am curious what are the nutritional facts...calories, fat, dietary fiber, etc...for Jackie's Protein Shake? I would like to incoporate it in my new lifestyle, but I just need a few more facts about it.

Just buy her book. Her program is well outlined and has a 31 day meal plan to follow and great recipes. I especially love the margarita pizza, yummo. Have lost 10lbs so far in 1 month.
