No, this is great! 1200 calories is pretty normal for females in general, especially if you are trying to lose weight!! And the foods in the diaries are very filling and nutritious- try it and see the results and you will be hooked. Once you lose the weight you don't have to be so stringent, just maintain. Besides, you don't need near as much food as you think you do. That's why America is overweight! Great job participants. Naysayers- go watch Just Desserts if you are interested enough in Bravo to be on this blog and complain. HA!
Blah diet. It would be yucky to stay on it long term. Am I crazy or have these girls been on Biggest Loser already. I swear Shay has.
This food diary is a joke right? It's so typically LA to do something this stupid to your body. Let's work out like crazy and restrict your diet to less than 1200 calories a day. Unhealthy weight loss is what this is because it is just asking you to go off on a bender. Seriously Bravo?
I'd rather be fat than eat this diet. It's so limited that there's no way a normal person could stick to it for good.
I'm also wondering why the contestants are expected to lose more than two pounds a week.
