Lunch:

Green leaf chicken/yam meal with fruit salad

Snack:

Hard boiled egg

Dinner:

Oatmeal with frozen berries and raw almonds

Handful of raw almonds

Snack:

Apple slices and satsuma orange

Dinner:

Grilled vegetables
