I believe they are all simply referring to a salad made of mixed greens such as red leaf, green leaf, romaine, etc. Hope this helps!

Can anybody tell me what these greenleaf products are that the contestants are eating. Is it organic food? I looked online and couldn't find greenleaf anywhere.

ok not to pick,but no wonder you arent dropping weight....anything with alcohol is an automatic calorie increase. to help you better with your weight loss you need to break up your food journal and be specific as to what you ate for breakfast lunch and dinner....this way you can see exactly how you have eaten has affected your weight loss goal. Nikki you need to buck up and take responsibilities for your lack of weight loss...1 or 2 pounds doesnt cut it..I wish I could have been on that show, but i am not so make the best of it.
