Shake (frozen spinach, bluberries, oatmeal,2 scoops whey protein powder, amino acids, flax seed and omega 3)

Lunch:

Greek salad with very light feta

Whole grain bread with cucumbers, tomato, onion and pesto

Snack:

Fruit salad

Snack:

Celery with almond butter
