Week 5

Check out what Jeana was eating this week.

TUES 4.20.10

Breakfast:

Protein shake

Grapefruit

Coffee 

Lunch:

Steak 4 oz and salad 

Snack:

Apple  

Dinner:

Chicken breast and salad and 1 teaspoon dressing  

Exercise:

Work out with Jackie ½ hour

Work out with Craig 1 ½ hours

You are only kidding yourself Jeana...Seriously, dieting is hard people will forgive and even respect you for trying hard....HOWEVER... I don't respect your lying all the time about what you ate or when you worked out!! I would give anything to spend one hour with Jackie to learn what she has to teach...YOU ARE WASTING HER TIME!

Anyone who has been abused would not respond very well to Jackie's method of training. If anyone has ever seen Matt Keough on RHOC, it is quite obvious he was abusive. I know when I am happy, I am thinner & it is easier to lose weight. When I am stressed, I could eat a lettuce leaf a day & drink nothing but water & I would gain weight. Any program requires a positive support system. I think it would work better for her if she got rid of any toxic people in her life & sought one on one counseling.
