MON 4.19.10

        Berry protein shake

Chicken breast + lentils

Mixed leaf salad

Chicken + wild rice + butternut squash

4 cocktails

TUES 4.20.10

         Banana

Chicken + wild rice + butternut squash

Pork tenderloin + yam + broccoli

3 red wine 

WED 4.21.10

         Berry protein shake

2 boiled eggs

Chicken + wild rice + chickpea salad

Avocado + cottage cheese

Salmon + mixed leaf salad

3 glasses of red wine - now I'm fatter again! I'm never drinking red wine again until next time.

Wanted to let you know how much I enjoy Thinnervention because of your personality. You are definately a hoot.

I am looking forward to seeing you & your team mates at the end of the series.

I think that you have done a good job with the diet food. What's up with you and the cocktails?

I would have thought that you would have way more discipline. Perhaps you use it in other areas of your life?
