TUES 4.20.10

         Banana

Chicken + wild rice + butternut squash

Pork tenderloin + yam + broccoli

3 red wine 

WED 4.21.10

         Berry protein shake

2 boiled eggs

Chicken + wild rice + chickpea salad

Avocado + cottage cheese

Salmon + mixed leaf salad

3 glasses of red wine - now I'm fatter again! I'm never drinking red wine again until next time.
