Day 24 


Jackie Protein Shake w/ oatmeal

2 hard boiled eggs

1 slice of sprouted bread, 4 slices of turkey breast, 1 slice of low fat swiss, mustard

Chicken breast w/ roasted tomato, basil, low fat feta, kalamata olives

Oven roasted veggies with lemon, pine nuts, salt and pepper

1 hour spin class

1 hr workout with Craig
