Chicken breast, brown rice, mixed veggies

Dinner:

Mixed veggies, brown rice, chicken breast

TUES

Breakfast:

Jackie Shake

Snack:

Cottage cheese and orange

Protein powder

Lunch:

Tuna (no mayo) on dark rye bread, and side broccoli.

Dinner:

Chicken breast, brown rice, mixed veggies
