This is a little better than last week. I'm no dietitian - but teaching people to have 2 meals that are shakes seems unreal. Out in the real world there is very little access to healthy shakes that fill you up for 2 hours. Now, if you learn to find the healthiest options in the real world - and learn to love them....you have a plan for life. Losing the weight is the battle - but then comes real life and keeping it off is harder than you think. If you can learn to love how you eat while you diet - you will have a much easier time keeping it off - because your life will not change much. You'll know how to live healthy, how to choose foods - and how to satisfy the cravings without giving it all up for cake and ice cream. Gosh I love Cake & Ice Cream ;)
