Spinach and eggs 140

Snack:

Apple and cheese 180

Lunch:

½ subway chicken with only bottom bread 230

Snack:

Almonds  50

Dinner:

6 ounces fajita meat 400

Fruit salad ½ c 150

Calories: 1250

Exercise: Worked out with Craig, really tired and excited for a break tomorrow!
