Protein Shake w/ oatmeal

Handful of almonds

Grilled chicken, brown rice, tomatoes, diced baked yams, avocado, vinegar, olive oil, lemon Juice

Orange

Ground Turkey Breast w/ Mexican seasoning with cheese, black beans, avocado, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and guiltless gourmet chips

Day 38

Protein Shake w/ oatmeal

Greek Salad w/ chicken

Orange

15 almonds

Grilled chicken breast w/ rice, tomatoes, edamame, red onions, lemon and olive oil

18 guiltless gourmet chips w/ salsa

1 1/2 workout with Craig
