I just saw the show and how the drink looked OMG I'm going to the store tomorrow and get the things I need to make the drink.

Please, give me the recipe. I missed some of the ingredients.

The shake does look very good! But I noticed the recipe on this blog does not include all of the ingredients listed on tonight's episode. Can someone please list the ingredients from tonights show??

Is it really supposed to be a tbsp of the l-carnitine? The bottles of the powder list the dosage much lower and it is really bitter stuff. Where do you get it in that kind of quanity?

On tonight's show I noticed that everybody was wearing the same black necklace, and hadn't seen, in either show, anything about it. Can someone tell me what it's for/the reason behind them all wearing the same necklace? Thanks!

1 serving Low glycemic/Low carb/low sugar protein shake 1 serving BCAA 1 serving Glutamine ! cup spinach 1cup berries 1 Tbsp. Falx seed oil

1 scoop protein powder (low carb/sugar) 1 tsp Glutamine Powder 1 tsp BCAA Powder 1 tbsp L Carnitine 1/2 tbsp Flax Seed Oil 1 cup Frozen Spinach 1 cub Frozen Berries

This is the protien shake recipe she gave out on her previous show "Workout" It's pretty much the same but it seems like now she substituted the mega green powder for the spinach and also added the tbsp of l-carnitine.

Recipe from "Workout" • 2 cups of organic mixed berries • 1 scoop of mega green powder • 1 serving of whey protein powder • 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil • 1 tbsp of liquid amino acids • 1 cup of ice • mix in blender

Recipe from "Thinervention" • 2 cups of organic mixed berries • 1 cup of frozen spinach • 1 serving of whey protein powder • 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil • 1 tbsp of liquid amino acids • 1 tbsp of l-carnitine • 1 cup of ice • mix in blender

She says you should have this shake every morning for breakfast. Monday-Friday she says you must stick to a strict diet and every weekend is a cheat weekend..but cheat in moderation. I'm so pumped!!

Does anyone know if your supposed to eat this before your workout? Or after? I wake up and eat a power bar then workout... I dont really have time to drink a whole shake... It looked like she said for breakfast and then after the Hill workout she said go drink a shake... Thoughts?

I'm pretty sure you drink it 1st thing in the mornings. I took the comments she made about drinking it after the hill workout as meaning for the next morning because their were going to be so depleted and their muscles completely worn out. I can't imagine it being bad though if you drink 2 a day.

Is 1 shake better than the other you think? I'm going for the one off of the website. Does 1 taste better than the other? LOL.

I love your show and have always enjoyed watching you in action. I am disturbed at the comments I read on a blog that I followed through AOL. People are really not liking your outfit on the Thintervention Adverstisement. I honestly do not prefer it myself however would never attack you and your body over it. You look amazing and I think you are a beautiful, intelligent, caring woman. You help people and that is a beautiful thing. Keep up the awesome efforts. I am pleased the Jeena in on your show. She is awesome and I am so happy that she is finally doing something for her. She was amazing on the housewives, but I felt she had low self esteem. I am excited to be able to watch the transformation as you move through the season and her life unfolds. Good luck to you and all your team. I think some of them need a reality check. If they do not want to work hard and stop the bad habits let people on that really do want to change their lives for the better. Take Care

I missed most of this episode BUT did see them make this shake. Looks fantastic but what is it exactly for? Enery, weight loss, etc or all of the above?

This person with the name "This is the protien shake" has wrong recipe! If you look on the website for Jackies recipe it states you use ONE cup of organic mixed berries-NOT two. This person is telling you wrong info...adding more calories!

Is it possible to use an egg white based protein as opposed to whey or is the whey protein a must for this shake. My egg protein powder is low carb, no sugar and low glycemic. Also is it ok to use a BCAA and glutamine blend powderr as opposed to buying these ingredients individually?

is it ok to use an egg protein instead of a whey protein powder? and can the BCAA and Glutamine be combined in one powder. the egg protein I have is low glycemic, no sugar, and no carbs.

I FOUND A PROTEIN POWDER THAT IS WHEY OR EGG, BRAND: JAY ROBB IT IS LOW CARB AND SWEETENED WITH STEVIA (JACKIE RECOMMENDED ON HER SHOW) WHICH IS THE ONLY ONE I FOUND WITHOUT ASPARTAME OR SPLENDA

So where does the Kumcha green tea come into play? She gives samples tasts, then its not in the shake, though the shake was to mask the nasty taste of it.

Would also love the clean pork loin recipe. The shake is awesome, I begin it on Monday... but to tantalize us with a partial recipe (here's the pork!) and not deliver is really destructive to those trying to break the fat/sugar/lethargy cycle. We're devoted viewers - give us some love!

I see that many of you have posted different recipes for the shake that vary only slightly. However, the bravo folks have a slightly different version just above all of these posts. So, which one is the correct one?

Her two week jumpt start plan is listed under the first blog about everyone being addicted to sugar. There are several pages of information.

can you tell me any name brands for these products? and how many calories??? would this be a meal replacement??

So why hasn't Episode 2 of Season 1 been offered for viewing? Bits and pieces here and there, but the first episode for is all that is available. It is now Wednesday..uh no...now it's Thursday and still no updated video.

It's only blueberries.....they're not very high in calories

Hi everyone! This shake is very high in protein content and amino acids. Both the whey protein and the BCAA supplement help to increase protein synthesis (muscle mass) and decrease muscle exercise induce muscle damage. Glutamine is a non essential amino acid,its intake depends on diet, that helps increase muscle mass and muscle endurance because it helps increase Growth Hormone (increase lean body mass and lipolysis=fat burner). L-carnitine promotes the transport of fatty acids to the organelle (mitochondria) for its breakdown. Flax seed oil is very high in omega-3 but it should be keep refrigerated and have a short shelf life...so I prefered to take it as a softgel. all this ingredients are rapidly digested promoting increase lean muscle mass and recovery of muscle after exercise. It is highly recommended to take it after exercise. Hope that this info help everyone. I bought Jackie's book and I've seen dramatic results in only one week and 5 pound less. Go for it!!

With the market so vast in all the products listed in the shake recipe; does does Jackie Warner have a particular Company/Brand that is preferred for the shake. Is it whey or casein. How many units etc. Would like an actual list of the company/brand of each ingredient. There are 100 items each per ingredient at the health food stores. Would be appreciated.

I am a BIG skim milk drinker but it has a lot of sugar in it, does anyone know of a replacement that tastes good?? Thanks!

Besides the shake, porkchop recipes, did Jackie say to add lemon juice to the water to help with fat loss -- came in in the middle of that show.

I have to watch what I eat as I am not only diabetic but also am preparing for open heart surgery (murmure) and kidneys that aren't functioning up to speed (delaying the heart surgery)-- neither the heart or the kidneys are byproducts of the diabetes just have the weight to account for that.

My trainer says that adding skim milk to your morning coffee fine but nothing after that.

I second that motion! I am interested in using fennel, but have no idea how to do so and that reciped sounded great! Especially because it was meant as a detox and low cal meal! What could be better?

I love the shake but how much water do you add? Or do you?
