7 Ways to Not Break the Plan When Eating Out
1. Call Ahead or visit the restaurant's website before you eat out.
2. Decide what you'll order before you go.
3. Ask the waiter to hold the bread.
4. When you're eating out on clean days, order meat entrees, veggie dishes, and salad.
5. Order sauces and dressings on the side. Share entrees with a companion or save half of your entrée for another meal.
6. Be assertive. Ask about preparation methods so you can make better choices.
7. Practice portion control. One protein serving Is about the size of the palm of your hand. One serving of rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes is about as big as your fist.

It seems like now days you need to be morbidly obese for anyone to want to help you. It almost makes me want to be fatter so that I can get some help, lol. I have tried dieting and working out and they do work for me as long as I have support but support always falls short for me. Ill start working out with a friend and then theyll want to stop. I desperately want to get down to a healthy wieght. I want to do it for myself. Hi jackie Thank you for all the tips and for a realistic show that us at home can relate to and do ourselves. Can we buy your shake?? I dont normally do a shake i normally do egg beaters with veggie scramble or oatmeal. I have loved you since the Skylab show and hope to see another season. Thanks again for the show...Shan

I watched your show and was also a big fan of workout. After watching workout I bought your dvd and loved it!!! I was waiting for you to put out another dvd and bought it as soon as I heard about it! I love the fact that you show how to get perfect form so you do the workout the right way!
