I try to visualize myself being fit and playing with the kids and Brett.
The first week is over and I am well into the program. A program like Jackie’s requires you to be ready for a change, and I need to go in positive and ready for that change. I am tired of looking like an older lady. I know that I am 48, but I shouldn’t have to look it! I am excited about trying to cook the foods Jackie recommends in her book. I find that I eat many of them already, I just eat too much of them.
The workouts are getting tougher and more intense. Extreme Workouts are stressful for me as I don’t know what to expect and they always push me to the limit.
HI there, I am not sure how this works but I wanted to respond to you. I am 5'5" tall and before the show felt like I needed to accept the fact that my face, skin, looks and body was all changing. You can make a change, you can age gracefully if you feel you are at your best. I know you can do it. Just take one day at a time. I am doing it with you.

Hi Mandy, I am at a similiar weight as you and 45. I am 5"3. How tall are you? I feel like in the last couple years I have gained the "middle age spread", but I am not ready to be middle aged!! Good luck!!
