Day 8

Excited that Miguel is in town.  He has been soooooo incredibly amazing.  Making me healthy dinner and being super loving :) It is nice to have him home this week.

Day 9

Therapy was very rough today.  Have no idea what possessed me to share what happened to me as a child.  It was like I couldn't stop myself.  It was very difficult to share that with strangers, but hopefully it will help me in my struggles with weight.  Everyone seemed very supportive and for that I am thankful...but still have no idea what overcame me to talk about it.
