Week 5: Punch Through the Pain
Mandy puts blood, sweat, and tears into this week's workout.

I have always seen myself as a spectator of sports, and now Jackie is telling me that I have an athlete in me. My husband Brett has always bragged about my athleticism in tennis, golf, football and other sports to everyone, and it almost embarrasses me because I don't see it that way. I am seeing that with focus and determination I can turn my coordination into athleticism. It makes me feel good.
The workouts seem tougher than ever, but my cardio is endurance is getting better and I am putting more into the workouts. I am trying harder than ever. Even in the mixed martial arts class, my hand was bleeding, but I kept punching.
I am seeing results and I am motivated to keep moving in the right direction.
We want to see more of Mandy and her family! Also we would like to know about the Turn Kindness On T-shirts they are wearing. I googled and found their charity. Would love to hear about that. Seems like she is really trin got make a positve difference way out side herself alone.

I can't think of anyone better to represent this show. It is inspiring to see Mandy working her tail off to achieve optimum health for herself because as long as I have known her she is always on the other end helping others. "Turn Kindness on" is just a small way she reaches out to help others. Mandy and her husband Brett and children Keanu and Tristen are embassadors of what it means to give back to their community. Behind the beautiful woman, beautiful home, family and lifestyle is a real human being that truly cares! Love you Mandy, Brett, Keanu and Tristan!

Mandy has certainly inspired me and made me kick it up a notch in my workouts. I have known Mandy's heart for years and I love seeing her heart show through on the show. Mandy and all the others on the show, pat yourselves on the back, you all did great!
