FRI 3.26.10

Breakfast:

whey protein powder, blueberries, oatmeal, strawberries,milk. 2whole wheat waffles

Lunch:

tuna salad wrap

Dinner:

2 whole wheat tortillas, 2 slices of cheese, one cup of ground turkey breast. Bell peppers, onions, tomatos.
