Breakfast:
1 serving if cottage doubles LF cottage cheese with peach - 130 calories
1 granola bar- 100 calories
Snack:
1 medium banana- 105 calories
1 handful of fresh blueberries- 83 calories
Dinner:
2 atkins endulge chocolate coconut bars - total of 360 calories
You know that anyone will tell you to eat less and move more. But removing protein is absolutely stupid. There is nothing wrong with lean meats such as chicken and fish, and if you eat lean meats/proteins, colorful vegetables, and whole grains, and yes EGGS are excellent for us! Eggs are the absolute most wonderful food anytime of day. If you want fast weight loss you're setting yourself up for disaster. Those of us who struggle with weight do not put it on over night, we are not going to take it off over night. Stick to moving - move it to lose it - eat less, move more, but eat the right foods and eat protein at EVERY MEAL! You want to be healthy - and this idea of "THIN" is ridiculous. Not everyone is made to be a bean pole and shouldn't attempt to be. Be a healthy weight for your body - your life - move it and lose it! Think about it - keep a food and exercise diary, but do not let someone tell you Yogurt is unhealthy - all milk products contain milk sugars - natural. Eating the right choices is what makes a difference, and portion size makes a huge difference. Good luck and enjoy your life no matter what!
i ve been battling my weight problem since i was a child and resize if i dont do sum-thin now then it will never get done ,i'm 5 '7 260 pounds ,its so hard to do this because i do eat right i do eat good foods i do not eat fast foods ,, i just need someone to push me and knows how to get fast results ,ive bein made fun of over and over and to get the chance to do it on tv would help me to get over all that pain it caused me, is there any way jackie would be able to help me? if there is a season two i would be greatly appreciated to be casted my email is not working at the moment , my cell phone 1732- 551- 7905,,
Stacy, I just LOVE those Atkins bars. I know how many net carbs are in them and they're protein packed too. I'm doing a modified Atkins while also working out 3-5 times a week. I'm excited to see how you do and how you inspire others.

I thought you had to stay under 5 grams of sugar. I looked at milk and fruit and cottage cheese doubles and all have more sugar than 5 grams. I just threw away all my Kashi products because they had 6-12 grams a sugar depending on the product. So if they are allowed to eat this stuff, did Jackie get mad???
I don't know; I'd do some research on Kashi (maybe 6 is okay?). I mean, I've always been under the impression they didn't add anything....or much? When you think about it, fruits naturally have quite a bit of sugar but are good for you? Or am I wrong here?
I have no idea. It's a bit confusing, what with yogurt and now Kashi is bad for you, too? I'd research Kashi a bit more. Maybe find their products with less than 5 grams sugar? If they exist?
How much lemon juice mixed with water? How many times a day? prior to a workout?
wow, no meat at all! That would be very hard.... I love my steak and chicken! I'm a true country girl, a redneck at heart. OUCH! no meat :(
No meat? This seems like a very extreme dieting that would cause anyone to lose a lot of weight, especially with the fitness regime.
