I have really enjoyed the show and in all honesty been doing all I can to lose the weight i gained again from yet another set of 3 surgeries I was looking on the Jackie's website for training I didn't know if there was a way to contact and ask if a trainer can even work with me or not before signing up. I have had 3 stomach surgeries in the year one removing a 60 lb tumor my last surgery was march of this year... it's difficult to do crunches and certain exercises after being cut hip to hip but besides that i have a shoulder that dislocates from 3 directions and I've gotten used to the pain from this but not sure what I can do since my therapists after my reconstructive surgeries won't let me do much since a dislocation is just re injuring. If there's away for someone to get back to me on training I would love to lose the extra lbs and truly miss my butt being kicked in activities like spin and circuit trainings with out er visits.

Anyone recognize Allan, Jeanna's personal chef? He was her first date on the Real Housewives, remember? The guy who showed up in jeans and a flannel shirt and took her out on her birthday? She said she met him while at her son's baseball game. Why would Bravo let that one slide, or anyone else for that matter... Was excited that Jeanna wasn't gone from TVland but she's doesn't seem interested in this show. She seems guarded, maybe for good reason.

This show is inspiring me to work out more and lose the extra pounds. Thanks!

I so love this show. I never workout. I know I need to a gym and have a team work on me because I know i'm that lazy. However I realized that nobody can do it but me. I wish I had the funds to have Jackie and team train me...Good luck to all the contestants.

Been a fan of "Work Out" for years. I like the personalized training and counseling you are giving to each contestant. I really like Jeanna, but she is kind of a fish out of water...or in better words...her gated community. She is used to appearing in control of her environment. It's tough to let down your walls and just be another person with food issues. She was at one time defined by her incredible beauty and sexiness, sports star husband, big wealth, and high power real estate position.

Loved Jackie's previous shows - not that thrilled with this one -- i was hoping it would inspire me, but I just find Jackie to be way too harsh and in some cases, just plain mean. I know that some butt kicking is necessary, but in my opinion, Jackie is just coming off as a biatch and I don't care for her new assistant either. I had set this on my DVR, but I'm turning it off. I just don't care what happens to these people - sorry!

Hi Jackie,I am a certified Lymphedema Therapist. The statement Kim made on your show about being worried about getting Lymphedema and possibly having her arm amputated is severly inaccurate information and I just about hit the ceiling when I heard that.I really do not know how a ER DR. could or would diagnois her with Lymphedema that quickly.20 years ago we were told that patients with lymphedema should not use weights but should exercise. There is new articles out now saying that it is okay to exercise and use weights-maybe not to the intensity that you have on your show.I would have encouraged her to stay on your program with the proper information and guidance with lymphedema instructions.Sometimes Personal trainers and Medical staff clash due to trainers not fully understanding medical contraindications, precautions.

Hi Jackie,It has been my understanding that it is safe and healthy to lose 2lbs a week. Why is your show pushing to lose more in a week?Has weight loss guidelines changed? How many calories a day are you allowing?Besides your shake are your clients taking anything else-vitamins,diet aids?

Hi Jackie,Has your gym changed since 'Workout' or is it a different gym?I do like your new desk.

Jackie, I am sure there are many people who are not able to keep the pace you have set for your clients (i.e., some of them are pressed to the point of vomiting). I can't keep you pace, but you inspired me to go back to the gym and flowing at my own pace, change my diet to include lots of vegetables, switch from regular half & half to no fat half & half and generally look for all the ways I can lower my calories with as little discomfort as possible. It's working! I am losing weight and, to my surprise, I don't feel deprived and the exercise makes me do accomplish more during the day. When you explained that you have to change your mind set to like healthy food and exercise, it struck me that it's the truth and I think it's important to "love" (truly think about loving} your body. Please keep inspiring, because some of us are hard to reach, but you never know what your might say or do that reachs us.

Jackie is so HOT! Omg I only watch the show for her! Seriously who cares about the people, show more of HER!

Good to know I'm not the only one!
