I too, have the book, and am doing the diet and workouts. I find the section on the circuits contradictory from section to section. If it is to truly take us 30 minutes, you simply can't do 3 sets of each exercise in a Routine. Whether it's right or wrong, I've taken to doing one set of each exercise for Routine A and done all three circuits under that Routine (routine A/circuit 1, routine A/circuit 2, routine A/circuit 3). I have searched and searched for opinions on what Jackie's intent was for the circuits, but have come up empty. In one part of the book it says , as an example, do Routine A on Monday, Routine B on Tuesday and Routine C on Friday. But again, 3 sets is impossible for an entire Routine, in 30 minutes. Anyone else confused and have the answer?!?!?
I agree it is not clear, but I do believe that within each Routine there are 3 Circuits which are each in themselves a single days workout if performed 3 sets are completed. Giving us options of 9 different workouts to choose from. I think this could be the only way because each circuit has about 9 exercises and if it is to take us approximately 1 minute per workout times 3 - with warmup and cooldown, that should equal about 30 minutes.
At least I am not the only one confused. I wonder if anyone from the show/network/Jackie's camp reads this questions? I wish someone would respond definitively with our concerns..I've invested a lot of time into this book and would hate to not be doing it exactly as intended. ANYONE????
Purchase her DVD Power Circuit Training. You can do the complete workout in 30 to 40 minutes. Jackie doesn't mess around she just moves you from one move to the next...fast paced. Eating clean and working out to her video..I've lost 9lbs in 3 weeks so far, 15 more to go.
Get Jackies video, Power Circuit Training. I got it at Target for $10. It takes you very quickly but intensively through a full circuit or you can rotate body sections at 15 minutes a piece. It's a great workout and works!!!
Thank God, I thought I was the only one. Even without a clear answer I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who is thoroughly confused. Anyone get an answer yet? Completing all 3 circuits (x3) within a routine in one workout is close to impossible and definitely not 30 minutes. I work out 5 times a week and can only manage to go through all 3 circuits twice. Would love to know what I'm supposed to be doing!

OMG!! Tried this workout (Routine A form her book) and it took me almost 90 minutes. My goal, try to get the exercise down pat so that i can complete it in the 30 minutes I'm supposed to! Still sore though from the 90 minutes, but Jackie says if it doesn't burn, your muscles aren't working!!
