TUES 3.23.10

2 walk with his dog. Called Jackie and asked her what he should eat for breakfast. She gave him some options and he followed her suggestions. Set a 1st week weight loss goal of 3 lbs. BINGE ate sugar as he knew he was going to throw it out.  Ate out of the garbage can and waved goodbye to the SUGAR FOOD.

WED 3.24.10

Breakfast:

1c lf cottage cheese w/blue berries & slivered almonds

1pc wheat bread w/almond butter

Snack:

1 raw egg

1 banana

4oz green tea

Post workout Snack:

Some blue berries & strawberries

Dinner:

6pcs tuna& yellowtail sashimi

6oz tofu dill salad

1 can unsweetened young coconut juice w/pulp

THURS 3.25.10

Joe walked his dog 2 miles. Ghost training. Stuck to the program.

FRI 3.26.10

Epic workout. Stuck to the program.

SAT 3.27.10

Therapy. Stuck to the program.

SUN 3.28.10

Stuck to the program. Jogged 40 min.
