Dinner:

Baked salmon, broccoli, tomato and cucumber salad.

2 poached eggs on sprouted grain dry toast

Snack:

1/2 ruby red grapefruit

Lunch:

Kamut blend rice, almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, cucumber salad

Dinner:

Chicken, brocoli and tomato

Sprouted grain toast w peanut butter

Lunch:

Tuna sandwich w greek tofu salad

Dinner:

Wild rice salad and beef kebabs
