1 large boiled egg

1 cup of blueberries

1.5 liters of water with lemon juice

FRI 3.26.10

Breakfast:

1.5 boiled organic eggs with dash of sea salt

8 oz of 1 percent organic milk

1 apple

1 serving of lowfat cottage cheese with a packet of truvia

Morning snack:

String cheese and banana

Lunch:

Organic lunch provided by bravo- only was able to eat 1/4 of it

Snack:

1 banana and 5 apple slices and 4 almonds

Dinner:

3 pickles
